Vaccinations: For everyone's safety, proof of current Rabies and Distemper vaccinations is required at your first visit.
Doodles & poodle mixes: Please choose the "Poodle / Doodle" coat option — these coats take extra time and care.
Double-coated breeds: Goldens, Aussies, Shepherds, Huskies, Corgis, Poms and friends — select "Double coat" (a de-shed is included).
Drop-off & pickup: There's a 15-minute drop-off window, and we ask you collect your pup within 30 minutes of our "ready" text.
Closing time: Doors close at 5:00 PM. Pickups after 5:00 PM may incur a late fee.
